9. Limitation of Responsibility

  • Provider actions or omissions.
  • Workspace conditions.
  • Booking cancellations by providers.
  • Customer-provider disputes.
  • Property damage.
  • Personal injury.
  • Theft or loss of belongings.
  • Failure of providers to deliver services as advertised.

Users acknowledge that all workspace-related services are provided independently by the workspace provider.

10. Violations

Violations of this Policy may result in:
