Welcome to EzzyWork, a workspace booking platform powered by Ezzy.ph (“EzzyWork”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By accessing or using the EzzyWork website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. About EzzyWork

EzzyWork is an online marketplace that enables users to discover, compare, and book meeting rooms, coworking spaces, private offices, event venues, business lounges, and other work-friendly spaces offered by independent workspace providers.

EzzyWork is powered by Ezzy.ph and acts solely as a technology platform facilitating bookings between customers and independent providers.

EzzyWork does not own, lease, manage, operate, or control any workspace listed on the Platform.

2. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

  • Be at least eighteen (18) years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
  • Provide accurate and complete registration and booking information.
  • Use the Platform only for lawful purposes.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • All activities conducted under your account.
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information.

EzzyWork reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Booking Services

When you make a booking through EzzyWork:

  • Your reservation request is transmitted to the selected workspace provider.
  • The provider determines availability and fulfills the booking.
  • Booking confirmation may be subject to provider approval, payment verification, or other requirements.

EzzyWork only facilitates the booking process and is not a party to the agreement between you and the provider.

5. Independent Workspace Providers

All workspaces listed on EzzyWork are independently owned and operated.

Each provider is solely responsible for:

  • Workspace availability
  • Pricing
  • Facilities and amenities
  • Accuracy of listings
  • Safety and cleanliness
  • Staff and customer service
  • Compliance with laws and regulations

EzzyWork does not supervise, inspect, or guarantee the quality or safety of any workspace.

6. Payments

Payments processed through the Platform are subject to the provider’s pricing and applicable payment processor terms.

EzzyWork may facilitate payment collection on behalf of providers but is not responsible for:

  • Pricing errors
  • Additional charges imposed by providers
  • Taxes imposed by providers
  • Provider-issued invoices
  • Refund decisions made by providers

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies may vary depending on the workspace provider.

Users agree that:

  • Each provider establishes its own cancellation and refund policy.
  • Refund requests should first be directed to the workspace provider.
  • EzzyWork may assist in communication but does not guarantee refunds.

8. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Respect provider rules and property.
  • Use booked workspaces responsibly.
  • Avoid illegal, disruptive, or harmful activities.
  • Pay all applicable booking fees.
  • Leave workspaces in good condition.

Users are responsible for any damage they cause to provider property.

9. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

  • Submit false booking information.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform.
  • Upload malicious software.
  • Use the Platform for illegal purposes.
  • Interfere with bookings made by others.
  • Misrepresent their identity.

EzzyWork may suspend accounts engaging in prohibited conduct.

10. Platform Availability

While we strive to maintain uninterrupted service, EzzyWork does not guarantee that the Platform will always be available or error-free.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features without prior notice.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including:

  • Logos
  • Graphics
  • Text
  • Software
  • Design
  • Branding

is owned by EzzyWork, Ezzy.ph, or their respective licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use is prohibited.

12. Third-Party Services

The Platform may include links to third-party websites, payment providers, maps, or services.

EzzyWork is not responsible for third-party content, policies, or services.

13. Limitation of Liability

EzzyWork is powered by Ezzy.ph and functions solely as an online marketplace connecting users with independent workspace providers.

Accordingly, EzzyWork and Ezzy.ph shall not be liable for:

  • Workspace quality.
  • Provider conduct.
  • Provider cancellations.
  • Inaccurate listings.
  • Injuries occurring at provider premises.
  • Property damage.
  • Theft or loss of personal belongings.
  • Delays or interruptions.
  • Provider negligence.
  • Failure of providers to deliver services.
  • Disputes between customers and providers.

Any dispute relating to a workspace or services provided must be resolved directly with the respective provider.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EzzyWork, Ezzy.ph, their owners, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Platform.
  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your interaction with a workspace provider.
  • Damage caused by you to provider property.

15. Force Majeure

EzzyWork shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government actions
  • Internet outages
  • Power failures
  • Pandemics
  • Civil unrest

16. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using EzzyWork, you consent to the collection and processing of your information as described in that policy.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

Changes become effective immediately upon publication on the Platform.

Continued use of EzzyWork constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal action arising under these Terms shall be brought before the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

EzzyWork, powered by Ezzy.ph, is a technology platform that facilitates connections and bookings between customers and independent workspace providers. EzzyWork and Ezzy.ph do not own, operate, manage, lease, or control the workspaces or services offered by providers. All services, facilities, pricing, availability, customer support, safety, and operational matters are the sole responsibility of the respective workspace providers. Users acknowledge and agree that EzzyWork and Ezzy.ph are not parties to the service agreement between customers and providers and shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, injuries, disputes, cancellations, delays, or other issues arising from the services provided by independent providers.
